This document introduces a new vendor management and marketplace feature. It allows users to manage current, past and proposed vendors that have served their community. Key capabilities include maintaining vendor contracts and service records, requesting quotes from vendors, and accessing a list of all vendors in the local area. The feature aims to help communities better manage their vendor relationships.

5. Vendor list List of all vendors serving in the city including vendors serving your community All Rights Reserved@CommonFloor.com

6. Check details of a Vendor and Contact On clicking the name of vendor, you are shown its details Also tells how many communities he is serving On Clicking “Contact” you can request for a quote from all vendors serving that category All Rights Reserved@CommonFloor.com

7. On clicking on “contact” you are taken to this Request for Quote screen where you can fill the details to let all vendors in that category contact you for that service. Customized service form to allow vendors to reply to your exact query. All Rights Reserved@CommonFloor.com

12. Select from auto suggested names of Companies or add your own vendor details(Sales and Marketing) Add Service/Escalation Matrix for that vendor Add Vendor: Step 1- Vendor Details All Rights Reserved@CommonFloor.com

13. Add Vendor: Step 2- Services Provided details Add services provided by the vendor to your community along with the duration of the service. You can add multiple durations one at a time. 14. Outgoing Committee Members can leave a note about that vendors service for future reference You can add details of other term or service provided by that vendor All Rights Reserved@CommonFloor.com
