Pupil ExchangesThere is little doubt that the world power balance is shift to the East. Our pupils will be working in a world economy. They need a greater understanding of how these economies are operating. Builds an International Network International Old Berkhamstedian Network (Dulwich v. Eton).Teacher RecruitmentIt is going to be increasingly difficult to attract top graduates to the School. Being able to offer a period of, say 2-3 years, employment in an overseas’ franchise with guaranteed continuity of employment on return will be very attractive.
