On October 21st, 2015, an oil tank with capacity of 10 000 tons began to burn. Five
hours were needed to begin using the stationary extinguishing system. As a result, the
tank burned completely, killing one person and injuring several.
After this incident, the Russian government decided to create a new generation of fire
protection system based on the module ISAS.
