- 1. Presentation: How to Perform a Search on ImportScan Click Here to Begin
- 2. Welcome to our Home Page Click Here to Sign In
- 3. Enter Login And Password. Click Sign In.
- 4. Click the Search By drop-down Menu This is ImportScan. All of our searches are done from this screen. The searches are based on key words found in the shipping manifest.
- 5. Select to search by Consignee
- 6. Click in the keyword search box. We will fill it in.

- 26. Now let’s go back to ImportScan to Save this Search in the system. Click anywhere to continue
- 27. Click Save Search to store these results for later.
- 28. Click in the title box
- 29. Let’s save this search as Starbucks Brazil. Click Save.
- 30. Click the Saved Searches Tab to view your search results.
- 32. Subscribe to this search to receive emails when new shipments meet your saved search criteria .
- 33. Enter a subscription name .

- 35. The Status button will activate the email alerts, uncheck to temporarily deactivate
