 They have their origin in Germany and United
Kingdom .
 This urban tribe is referred to people who
belong to a culture which is created by the
metal music.
 The heavy metal has its origin at the end of
60s.

4.  It is also know as metalhead or headbanger
referrimg to typical image of metalhead who
have long hair and the move their heads to
the rhythim of the music.

5. Types
 There are 3 types of heavies:
 Heavy metal: Classical model
of metalhead who are the most
frequent and abundant.They
hear some groups such as Airon
Maiden and Kin Daiamon.
 Death metal: it´s other type of
metalhead harder than heavy
metal.They usually hear some
groups such as Canibal Corps
and Orbituary.
 Black metal: His music is
identified with an anti-
christianity.

6. Main clothes
 Originally , they wear leather trousers and
jackets. Nowadays, the metalhead wear
same clothes.
Some metalhead take a dark or gothic style.
The fan of power metal usually wear medieval
elements on their clothes.

7. Characteristics
 They are normally characterized by piercings
and tattoos.

8.  As for footwear, they use trainers(converse)
and military boots.
 Their most popular hair style is long hair in
order to esperience the headbanging.
