LEED CERTIFICATION SUMMARY It is the intention of the owner ( The Blue Rose Orlando LP ) and the developer ( Quorum Development Group ) to have The Blue Rose project achieve the highest level of LEED certification ( Platinum ) . It is also the intention of Quorum Development Group that after the completion of the construction of the project that the operations of the project meet the highest LEED performance measures. Quorum Development Group is working together with Morris Architects (Project Architect) to ensure that The Blue Rose project has sustainable building strategies that are considered early in the development cycle. Quorum Development Group has taken an integrated project team approach to the LEED certification and has involved the owner, architects, engineers, interior designer, landscape architect, contractor, and asset and property management staff in the process. Implementing an integrated, systems-oriented approach to green project design, development and operations will yield synergies and improve the overall performance of The Blue Rose project. At the present time, the project has completed 100% of design development plans. The initial LEED assessments will begin as is customary during the design development phase of the project. Quorum Development Group anticipates a five day charrette that will bring the project team together to evaluate and articulate the project's goals and the LEED certification level sought.
