    smartphones apps in their professional and private
    life and their opportunities.


•   They summarized their learning within the interviews
    as potential buyers and retailers on the market.
Needs on the Market
Interviewers have noticed several needs on the market for this
   service/product.
1. For time-effective decisions where to go/buy, what shops to
   use
2. For retailers to have a better transparency on the market
3. Need to launch this service for people to have easier
   access to valuable information for their lives no matter the
   place they are in at that moment
4. Finding cheaper prices
5. Easy-to-use app, consuming low resources (battery,
   processing power and data connection) for the phone
6. Available app for multiple platforms
7. Covers large areas
8. Flexibility in data connection, offline and online
Barriers Detected in the Interviews
•   phones with no GPS/GPRS
•   hardware-depending
•   manufacture brand of the devices
•   models of phones needed to be selected
•   retailers will have to add data manually on a third party
    website
•   retailers have to find motivation to send their product files to
    us
•   the system should be automatically in terms of data
    posting/uploading the adds
•   a minimum supervision is required
•   the users might be aggressed by the adds
Demographics and Psychographics
•   men and women between 18 - 40 years old
•   50% women and 50% men
•   Places for the interviews - face-to-face and online
•   Target groups locations - Pakistan, Sweden,
    Romania, Israel, USA
•   Their habits using phone apps. Most of the persons
    are using their phones apps and websites to look
    for fast, reliable information.
Team Prototype

The team has put 2-3 months effort in this
    prototype. The prototype is mobile product, an
    application.



     The team has created a Beta prototype which
    has been shown to the persons being interviewed.

• SDK for Iphone
• APIs of different systems (for bringing in the location
    based ads)
•   Web based tools for creating the website
•   Database System
•   Hosting Services
Functionality of the Product

•   will bridge the gap between market retailers and
    shopping customers.


•   will introduce a lot of innovative and attractive ways
    to reach the target market as, the user will receive
    the retailers’ promotions even before leaving the
    household i.e. subscription based, so that the user
    can figure out his/her route prior to taking the road.
Usage of the Prototype
It will get the advertising content from the retailers
   and send it to the shopper, who will use our
   application, based on their current physical
   location.
Conclusions
The whole interview process had a high quality
  feedback from potential customers. We consider it
  can meet our business goals and SMART objectives
  on the long run.

For retailers to have a better transparency on the market 3. Barriers Detected in the Interviews • phones with no GPS/GPRS • hardware-depending • manufacture brand of the devices • models of phones needed to be selected • retailers will have to add data manually on a third party website • retailers have to find motivation to send their product files to us • the system should be automatically in terms of data posting/uploading the adds • a minimum supervision is required • the users might be aggressed by the adds

Demographics and Psychographics • men and women between 18 - 40 years old • 50% women and 50% men • Places for the interviews - face-to-face and online • Target groups locations - Pakistan, Sweden, Romania, Israel, USA • Their habits using phone apps. Most of the persons are using their phones apps and websites to look for fast, reliable information.
  • 6. Team Prototype  The team has put 2-3 months effort in this prototype. The prototype is mobile product, an application.  The team has created a Beta prototype which has been shown to the persons being interviewed.

Functionality of the Product • will bridge the gap between market retailers and shopping customers. • will introduce a lot of innovative and attractive ways to reach the target market as, the user will receive the retailers’ promotions even before leaving the household i.e. subscription based, so that the user can figure out his/her route prior to taking the road.
  • 9. Usage of the Prototype It will get the advertising content from the retailers and send it to the shopper, who will use our application, based on their current physical location.
  • 10. Conclusions The whole interview process had a high quality feedback from potential customers. We consider it can meet our business goals and SMART objectives on the long run.
