non-tipped employees and $3.85 to $3.93 per hour for tipped employees, plus tips. The
minimum wage increase will apply to businesses with annual gross receipts of over
$288,000 per year. For businesses with annual gross receipts of $283,000 or
less in 2012 and $288,000 or less starting January 1, 2013 and employees
that are 14 and 15 years old, the minimum wage is $7.25 per hour,
or the federal minimum wage. For more information on Ohio’s
