a future school board meeting for
consideration

• Stay informed!
• If you see an e-cigarette, report it the
same way you would for traditional
cigarettes! (counselor, principal, school resource officer, etc.)
• Talk to your school board about current
school policy!

This may reverse the regulation that includes e-cigarettes as part of the Utah Indoor Clean Air Act. If that happened, people would be able to use them indoors at public places. In the Bear River Health District, (which includes Cache County, Box Elder County and Rich Counties), that rate is even lower at only 3.9%! \n \nHowever, a new product, the e-cigarette, has entered the market and has become very popular with the teen population. These e-cigs are being perceived as a safe, healthy alternative to smoking. As such, the usage rates of e-cigs have skyrocketed!
