Register address for royalty payments
•
Submit payment for copyright (HKBU states you own copyright)
•
Enter subject info to enhance searchibility

10. Most important: your submission to ProQuest is voluntary
If you do not wish to submit your work, merely omit your signature
HKBU cannot submit your thesis to ProQuest without a signed agreement form
