that we faced at the time of big
earthquake



There are many report on the twitter. But there
are not Disaster

In the refuge, there are many places where it becomes difficult to get over the severe getting chilled of morning
and evening without enough kerosene.
A blanket is short in a refuge and the facilities of each place where I suffered from. There is the below-zero
area by night, too.
The refuge situation of the Tomita town of Koriyama.
At east Elementary School and the opposite public hall refuge, a blanket, mat, food are short.
North Ibaraki has the district that broke off a lifeline a lot. The relief supplies are short very much, too.
It does not become many topics by the news, but wants to convey this situation. At Hitachinaka-shi Nakaminato
district refuge, it is lack of food. In Hitachi, there does not seem to be any distribution either
In K stadium Miyagi, the charge of the cell-phone gives a service now. However, it is the situation that the
battery charger of the au cell-phone is short.
By the result that much media does not take up damage of Ibaraki, supplies are short. A cell-phone reopened,
and local many voices gathered for the first time. The lifeline stops, and the refuge is a famine. The home
delivery companies are the situation that they cannot deliver.
Is it the thing which you cannot do anything about?
At the refuge, a community health nurse is short.Please dispatch them.
In Soma-shi, Fukushima, the blanket for refuges is short. The city calls for an offer. However, it is difficult to

Sherepo（シェレポ）は避難所の状況をより多くの人々で共有するた
めのツールです。このスマートフォンを使って避難所の状況を報告 Sherepo - Is an app to share reports about situation of evacuation
shelters.

東日本大震災では、避難所の支援を多くの行政機関やNPO法人等が
行いました。しかし、避難所の状況が把握しづらいことから多くの
苦労を伴っています。これは、各国共通の課題であり特に大規模災
害の際には大きな問題となります。避難状況を的確につかみ、支援
チームを送り出す。そして、一人でも多くの避難者を助ける支援を
行う事がSherepoの目的です。
In the Great East Japan Earthquake, many governament agencies
and NPO provided shelters.
However, it's a big challenge to grasp the situation of each shelter.
This is a big issue in large-scale disasters and yet a common in
many countries.
Understand the situation with accurated reports for each shelter, the
governament and NPO can provide better accomadations and
support for evacuees.

Simple interface for interactive reports on the Web.
集められた報告は、Sherepoのデータベースで保管されます。保管し
た情報は地図アプリケーションとマッシュアップされ直感的な操作
で避難所の情報を把握できます。フィルタリング機能では必要な情
報を的確に抽出することが可能です。
Gathered reports is stored in the database of Sherepo. The stored
information can be filterd and visualized by categories and
statuses.The information can be used for mashups and
applications.
二次分析を支援するAPIを提供
It offters a REST API for data analysis.
Sherepoでは蓄積した情報の二次分析を推進するためのAPIを提供し
ています。簡単に情報を取得できるREST APIと、複雑な検索要求に
対応するSPARQLエンドポイントのAPIを提供しており様々な用途で
の二次分析を支援します。
