3. History
Our History:
The foundation of CJC Engineering was
start on 2010 when Chua Jia Cheng and his
brother Chua Jia Chong established CJC
Engineering Consultant. It was only until
2012 when the company is grown more
mature and more powerful then more people
started to know the name of the company.
CJC engineering won one of the award of
most progress company in year 2012 and
cooperate with other big company like the
E.Steel Sdn Bhd, RGF singapore and the
Norwegian Petroleum Consultants.

8. Working
Experience
Public park design: In 2011, CJC
engineering work with the SA Architects
Sdn Bhd by creating a public park for the
residential area of Suria Mas. It is a big
project that consist of a lake, jogging
path, basketball court, children playground
and some exercise facilities.
Skate park: In 2012, CJC engineering
work together with Zlgdesign to build a
skateboard park behind the Rizuan
Condominium. It is a big project which is
50m x 50m.
Piping project: In 2012, CJC
Engineering also receive a lot of piping
project and one of the biggest building is
the new block of Mentari Court.

11. Building & Process which require Engineer.
1)After APPLICANT submits the application and all required plans to building
and community standards which include 5sets building plan 4paper and
1 digital(PDF),
2) then the engineer will review the plans.
3) There are few process when viewing the plan that are plumbing review.
4) After that there will be a mechanical review and
5)after the mechanical review there will be a electrical review. Then it will be
sent for approval.
6)After all the approval then the construction process will start.
Plumbing plan review requirement:
i. A complete plumbing plan review application
ii. A set of plumbing plans that have been designed and certified by a licensed
professional engineer.
iii. Floor plan showing fixture location, drainage locations, and sizes.
iv. Roof Plan
v. Plumbing specifications
Mechanical plan review requirement:
i. General requirement
ii. Installation requirements
iii. Ventilation air supply
iv. Combustion air
v. Comfort cooling
vi. Duct systems
vii. Fuel gas piping
Electrical plan review requirement:
i. power and lighting for each floor & location of all panel boards
ii. stamped and bear the engineer's signature

viii. Selective information for emergency, legal required and elevator systems.
