10. HOUSING ARRANGEMENTS
 The rooms sleep 5-6 campers, contain a
full bathroom and air conditioning.
 Campers will provide their own bed linens
(sleeping bag) and towels.
 Bunk mates will be determined in
December.
 Parent Chaperones will bunk in with the
campers.
 Campers will be responsible for cleaning
their room for inspection by the 4H staff
on the morning of departure.

18. COST BREAKDOWN
•Includes 2 nights lodging, 7 meals, 14
programs, and transportation via charter buses.
•Day programs-10 @ 1.5 hours each (9 taught by
Jekyll staff, 1 taught by visiting school).
•Evening classes-4 @ 1 hour each ( 2 taught by
Jekyll staff, 2 taught by visiting school).

19. INSURANCE
 Each student must have current health
insurance.
 Insurance can be purchased through the
school if needed.
 If needed, have your student ask his/her
science teacher for the information.
 Insurance needs to be purchased by
Friday, December 20th.

20. PAYMENT SCHEDULE
1st Payment September 2, 2013 $100.00
2nd Payment October 2, 2013 80.00
3rd Payment November 1, 2013 80.00
All payments will be made through MyPaymentsplus
before midnight of the due date.

21. CHAPERONES
 Chaperones are 1 to every 10-12 students.
 In addition to the 11 teacher chaperones
we will have 1-2 administrators and
counselors as chaperones.
 We will need 5-8 parent chaperones per
team depending on the number of children
taking the trip from each team.
