There are sufficient WTP but their operative were not correctly
performing.
2. Are they according with the legislation(Directive European
Union)
No, and currently most of the Plants are in a worse situation than years
ago
3. Is the quality of the water in the river in good condition?
No, and probably in a worse situation than 2004

Framework Directive for 2015?
