7. Introductory Coaching Call - Overview Overview of the Helping Crowd community and services (20 mins approx) Give you an opportunity to experience life coaching whilst demonstrating how to use Helping Crowd to provide Life Coaching support to others. (40 mins) Extended Session At the end of this section you should be ready for STEP FOUR
8. STEP FOUR You will provide life coaching support to a friend, or Helping Crowd member, using one of Helping Crowd processes.

In this coaching session, we will probably complete two sections of the process wihin the hour, maybe complete it by the end of the extended session. Remember the process will longer to do in this instance, because I am also demonstrating how it works and different people work at different speeds.
