5. MAGNUMPHOTOS
Full redesign and repositioning of
Magnum Photos’s digital presence,
moving them from a media licensing
platform to an editorially-led destination
of continuous curated content that
celebrates and showcases the
groundbreaking photography of its
members.
This new focus has seen more return
visits, brand engagement, audience
interaction and increased revenue through
the new editorial platform, emphasising
Magnum as an authoritative voice in the
world of photo journalism.

6. IRC
Strategic redesign of IRC’s global digital
presence to increase awareness and
engagement with the work they do —
adding clarity and coherence to their
fragmented digital presence.
The new site acts as a central hub,
promoting their programs and initiatives
across the globe to a wider audience and
demographic. Using a bold graphic
language, infographics and custom ‘data
cards’ the new site offers an engaging and
clear insight into the work of the IRC in a
fresh and dynamic future-proof platform.

7. VALIANT
Client: Valiant
Entertainment
Creative Direction & Design
Brand design and image-making for
Valiant Entertainment’s various properties
in comics and media.
This ongoing work covers the creation of
brand marks and logos for new and
existing IP (Divinity, Imperium,
Bloodshot,BoD…), book cover illustration
(Divinity), and creating the brand identity
for new companies (Valiant Digital).

8. IMAGECOMICS
Client: Various
Creative Direction & Design
Design direction, brand creation and
publication design for ongoing comic
series published by Image Comics.
Working closely with various creators and
artists I’m responsible for the overall series
branding, tone of voice, and publication
design, covering comics, books,
advertising and marketing for each series
— creating comprehensive graphic ‘brand
worlds’ that encapsulate the tone of the
stories.

9. COMICBOOK.COM
Client: ComicBook.com
Creative Direction & Design
Brand identity redesign for
ComicBook.com, a leading digital media
platform for comic and entertainment
reporting.
The new brand ID builds on the existing
brand colours and star rating system with
a new monogram based on a reading eye
and exclamation mark. The ‘.com’ part of
the word mark becomes interchangeable
to indicate their various content channels.
A kit of parts was delivered, including
directions of brand expression and image
treatments, and online use across various
platforms.
10. LASTGUN
Client: The Giant
Machine
Creative Direction & Design
Logo, brand marketing and tone of
voice design for LAST GUN, a mobile
arcade game developed by Australian
games studio The Giant Machine.
Coinciding with the LAST GUN brand
design, a redesign of the company logo –
The Giant Machine – was also undertaken,
creating a modern and comprehensive
package in advance of the game launch.
11. SHUTL
Client: Shutl
Agency: Albion
Role: Visual Design lead
Site design for delivery service Shutl, an
ebay company.
Working closely with the brand designers,
the new site introduces the new Shutl
identity and transforms the red full stop
from the brand messaging into a metaphor
connecting the dots between pickup and
delivery.
This became the leading narrative element
guiding visitors through the site,
illustrating how the service works – both
from consumer and service partner points
of interest.
12. SECTORLIGHT
Client: Sectorlight
Agency: Sectorlight
Role: Art Direction, UX, Design
Redesign and strategic repositioning of
Sectorlight’s agency site.
Capitalising on their recent successful
forays into digital comms, Sectorlight
wanted a future-proof site as a calling card
for their capabilities.
The new site is designed on a tagged
modular system, colour-coding content
and projects, showcasing their creative
work in the best way possible in a clear
and intuitive way.
13. SPEAKPICTURES
Client: Samsung
Agency: Cheil
Role: Visual Design lead & UX
Design of a camera-specific product hub
on the UK Samsung site, Speak Pictures
offers insights, stories and image galleries
using detailed filters to their cameras
range — with a focus on photographers
and how they use Samsung cameras.
The hub also integrates specific digital
product campaigns, the first of which –
100 Days of Family – launched the Galaxy
K zoom camera.
14. NOAH
Client: Darren Aronofsky
Creative Direction & Design
Creative direction and publication
design for the graphic novel NOAH, based
on an early draft of the script for the
feature film Noah, directed by Darren
Aronofsky. The book was released as a
mass market hardcover and a limited
edition cloth-bound slipcased edition with
foil stamping and blind debossing on the
cover and slipcase.
Alongside the publication, marketing
assets such as retailer cards and banner ad
graphics were also created to support the
release.
15. WGSNGLOBAL
FASHIONAWARDS
Client: WGSN
Creative Direction & Design
Brand identity, graphic language
exploration, and design kit of parts for
WGSN’s annual Global Fashion Awards
2012 and 2013 events, held at The Savoy
hotel in London and the V&A museum
respectively.
The design included a bespoke word mark
and graphics, wayfinding, invitation and
programmes, press wall and more.
16. DISCOVER
Client: Samsung
Agency: Cheil
Role: Visual Design lead & UX
A complete rethinking, redesign and
direction of Samsung UK’s online editorial
content, DISCOVER is a fully-fledged
digital magazine built on a modular
system that allows for flexible content
publishing, and media integration in a
responsive design solution.
17. VERTU
Client: Vertu
Agency: Conran Singh
Role: Art Director
Redesign and repositioning of the
online experience of luxury phone brand
Vertu — bringing the sense and tactility of
luxury online, through engaging product
photography, and their “Life beautifully
arranged” proposition.
The core of the site was around the
Concierge, and a continuous “24 hrs of…”
concept that highlighted the benefits of a
round a clock international assistance
service, ranging from reservations, city
guides and exclusive experiences — all
shown through an elegant design utilising
high-end photography.
19. FILM&
ENTERTAINMENT
Client: Various
Creative Direction & Design
Print design, and digital campaigns for
large scale film releases, creating concepts
and narratives that extend the film worlds
for US and EMEA markets — ranging from
online games, infographics (print and
digital) and interactive environments fans
can explore for films including The Wolf of
Wall Street, the Mission: Impossible series,
Super 8, and more.
Projects also included one-sheet poster
design for the films Spring Breakers and
Terminator 2, working directly with film
studios and producers.

Bespoke type treatment of the WIRED
masthead for the now iconic Edward
Snowden cover (Creative direction by Billy
Sorrentino, photography by Platon).
