The project aims to contribute to the enhancement
and widespread of good practices in credit transfer
among European HEIs through the research and

HEION project goals
The operational objectives of the project are:
• To review existing online systems or projects with similar aims in order to justify
in detail the development of an online tool for preparing LAs;
• To examine current practices in European higher education (among students,
faculty and staff), focusing on identifying the constraints of correct LA
construction and the adopted solutions;
• To design and prototype an online tool, as a proof of concept, capable of
assisting and optimizing tasks related with the management of ECTS Learning
Agreements;

HEION project goals
The operational objectives of the project are:
• Choose statistics and indicators that can be readily extracted from the online
tool and to design the user friendly information visualization application from
which to draw analysis reports;
• To develop dissemination activities, which should be initiated during the
lifecycle of the project, but which also stretch beyond the contractual period of
the project;
• To develop a set of recommendations for the wider implementation and
sustainability of this proposal, based on the prototype which has been
developed.
