increase e-skills of both CoM and staff
• Developing partnerships with other organisations and
working collaboratively to promote e-learning
• Offering a range of quality blended delivery courses with a
significant on-line component
• Using social media as a marketing tool

implemented in order
• Select and engage Virtual Learning Platform
supplier
• Select which courses will be prioritised for
implementation
• Develop / convert resources for selected
courses
• Train staff and learners in use of Virtual
Learning Platform and other technologies
• Run a pilot course with a carefully chosen
cohort
• Evaluate pilot and plan other course roll-outs
accordingly
