2. What’s There?
The Downtown areas are comprised of high-density uses, including major office buildings, retail, and
high-density condominiums. Federal, State, and Local government offices are also located near the
Downtown and Civic Center Stations.”

The quality of life would be reduced by increased congestion, increased travel time, and reduced mobility
affecting single- occupancy vehicles, high-occupancy vehicles, and bus transit passengers.
