• In this unit of work we used various research methods to
explore audio media product . Broadcast Products such
as live performances , radio , TV and live broadcasts .
3. Broadcast methods
• terrestrial radio is the live broadcast of radio show .
• digital audio broadcasting (DAB) higher quality
terrestrial radio it is used worldwide but mainly in
Europe countries.
• Live radio - is radio which is broadcasted whilst its
happening for example Nick Grimshaw Listener

audio media, such as tape or CD.
• Commentary radio – As viewers listen to the
radio they cannot see what's going on when live
events such as football , cricket are occurring so
its vital the commentator creates a atmosphere
which is identical to the event that’s going on.
• Podcast - A podcast is a digital medium consisting
of an episodic series of audio, digital radio files
streamed online to a computer or mobile device
