2. Harvey Goldstein has spent more than 46

throughout the Asia-Pacific territories.
Harvey Goldstein also spent two terms, as
the chairman of the Asia Pacific Council of
American Chambers of Commerce (APCAC).

3. Founded in 1968, APCAC provides a forum
for the 28 American Chambers spread across
22 economies in Asia-Pacific to discuss issues
that concern one or more members of the
Chambers. Those chambers use APCAC to
advocate the interests and concerns of
business executives and their businesses
located in Asia-Pacific territories.

4. Although each American Chamber exists as
an entity that can meet to discuss its own
concerns at any time, APCAC holds annual
meetings to offer opportunities for the
Chambers to convene as a collective. The
APCAC Spring Conference is one such event.
