An opportunity to stress and explain the application of the model â in supporting openness, non-judgemental, fresh perspectives, +ve regard. And a reminder of the need for self-reflection and self-awareness. There are no boundaries, barriers beyond the values that influence and shape individual and professional practice. This is what the model is about. What do you see? The four corners â virgin space. What should (must) you see? What should you hear? The model's two main properties are there already... SITUATED PERSON-CENTRED The model is open to whatever situation or context is at hand. The model is open as we should be â making no judgements. h2cm acknowledges the need to be simultaneously task and person based. Although the individual is there putting them at the center takes effort. This work is necessary and reminds us of our values.
