7. The wall During my time at outward-bound my clan followed each of these three stages as best we could. We planned out and together we came up with the best strategy for the task. We planned to have two people at either end of the wall, two lifting the people and two pulling them up. We then reviewed the task and were all pleased. We found that this was because throughout the task we had good communication and motivation so we used this in all our other tasks.
