ENPARK: the 3 stages of the registration process To learn more, visit www.enpark.ae Initial meeting Enpark supplies information on licensing categories, template business plan and application forms Provisional approval Applicants submit completed application forms, business plan and the required passport copies to obtain pre-registration approval to join Enpark Collecting legal documents Subject to approval, Enpark will supply checklist of all legal documents needed to proceed and will advise clients on licensing and office fees Opening corporate account After submission of documents, a letter to open a corporate account will be supplied to applicant – for depositing necessary paid-up capital for FZ company Signing confirmation documents After opening corporate account, Enpark will invite applicant to confirm FZ incorporation documents and fees payable Issuing license TECOM authority to verify documents and issue license and lease of the free zone office after required initial payments are received 1 2 3 Obtaining pre-registration approval – 5 working days Registering the company and depositing paid-up capital – 3 to 4 working weeks* Confirming license and office details and issuing license – 5 to 10 working days* * It may take up to this amount of time depending on shareholder structure of proposed entity, legal framework selected (FZ-LLC or FZ-Branch) and time taken by applicant to open corporate account and deposit paid-up capital
