SOLUTION -The institution has put a dead end for African American Youths. -Each time in the history there has been an interuption by the government to stop the rise of activism in African American communities. -Three alternatives to a solution Education: money needs to be invested for the youths to get better educations. Activism: The former gang members need to reach out the kids about doing the right thing. Investing in the poor communities in order to build a safe place, by becoming as one.
