3. We started with this question: What is wrong with today's business education?

4. Too much emphasis on jargon?

5. A lack of direction?

6. The inability of small dynamic organizations – the true harbingers of change to attract talented individuals ?

7. Unsustainable policies ?

8. Failure to adopt collaboration as an effective tool ?

9. So what do we propose ?

10. An year long project to give participants a new perspective on management

11. We propose a project where students interact with innovative small companies in their own field of interest

12. Where students come to terms with new ideas

13. Where students work in collaboration with other members of the student community in order to come up with smart, reasoned and innovative solutions for their project companies

14. But above all, a project where students come to terms with the changing realities of today, and come to value sustainability as a cornerstone of business management.
