18. Surrounding Location This location is in the Old City district of Philadelphia. Old City has unique people, charming stores, significant history, and amazing nightlife. This district is the most historic of Philadelphia and includes sights such as Independence Hall, the Liberty Bell, and Betsy Ross’s home. Because of it being such a historic area, many of the streets are still old cobblestone that provides the area with much charm. The majority of stores in the area are privately owned boutiques. This differs from many other neighborhoods of Philadelphia, where the shopping mainly features corporations. Old City also has many art galleries. For the first Friday of every month, Old City holds First Friday, which opens the approximately 40 art galleries to the public and includes music and food throughout the neighborhood.
22. All fixtures will be purchased from antique stores except for the built-in shelving system and couch/table combination.

24. Each pair of shoes will have an individual cubicle in which they will be displayed in the built-in wall units.
