This document discusses and summarizes several educational websites that provide resources for teaching art, literature, science, and other subjects. The art website offers lessons sorted by grade and theme. The animal website educates students about different species and has links to specific animals. The literature website contains lesson plans and resources for teaching various books and stories from K-12. All of the sites offer ways to tie their lessons to multiple areas of the curriculum.
5. I think that this site is very useful. It provides you with many art lessons by theme and by grade. With these lessons not only will kids get to learn how to make new art, they can also learn more about other curriculums. For example art lessons can help with the literature lessons by tying the two curriculums together. With most of the art lessons there are vocabulary words that the kids learn which will also help expand their vocabulary.

8. It is always great to show kids new things about animals. As they are younger it is good to use different information and sites to help aid kids in their learning. I think it is great when you also have different visual aids when you show kids these different types of animals and what kind of species they are. There are also many links off of these sites that can be very useful, especially with the science curriculum.

11. Literature is a very important factor in every child’s curriculum. Sometimes there is a necessity for them to get the deeper meaning in stories. With this site teachers are able to get lesson plans and resources for many stories. I think that this site is great for getting ideas on how to help kids with their deeper thinking in literature. This site is also great because they don’t just have one set of literature books listed, they have literature lesson plans available from grades K-12. There are also many lesson plans that they have for literature tied in with other curriculums.
12. I think that all of these sites are very useful. All of these sites tie in together because they have listed lesson plans that can be used in the classroom or other information that can also be used. These sites also offer ways for you to tie these lessons in with other curriculums. It is very important to make sure students get the best information for each topic that they need. This is easy to do when you have many resources and other lesson plans available. Students also get a better understanding of curriculum when they have another way they can learn it. For example being able to read literature and draw a picture (art) to go along with it. Putting two curriculums together makes learning a more fun process and it helps expand students’ learning. These sites are something that I would use as a future teacher to help guide me with some of my teaching.
