Corporate Women’s India iN 21st Century Women are leading men in corporate.
Introduction Women , the critical economic participants and contributors in economic growth. Women bring more integrity , compassion and accountability in the position they work in. According to recent CII report India ranks 96 of 177 countries in the gender development index of UNDP. Just over 54% of women are able to read and write.  India , constitute women , with 18% in medium and 5% in large companies.
Power of Women against Men Imaginative Attribute to hard work Persistence Ability and desire to take risk Profit earning capacity This all are the key factors that in present women are leading in corporate in compare of men.

Expectation Women regarded work as an integral part of their life. Educated and qualified women aspired for a different roles. Women wanted home, marriage and children as well as occupation. They expected full support from their husband , children and colleagues in their occupational choice. In entrepreneurial roles , women were willing to carry their share work responsibility.

Conclusion: They are capable , competent , confident,& assertive. They want to become more conscious about the voice of their own identity. They are highly self esteemed and can deal with situation independently. They want to become fearless. According to recent CII report India ranks 96 of 177 countries in the gender development index of UNDP. Just over 54% of women are able to read and write. India , constitute women , with 18% in medium and 5% in large companies.
