4. Diet of a Frog It might not be the best diet but it works for me!!!! A Squirrel Tree Frog eats insects such as flies, grasshoppers, etc. They can sometimes be found near light sources to get easy access to insects. They use their blending in tactic so the insects don’t see them sneaking up.

Tadpoles do NOT live on the land because they do not have any legs! They are born like fish with gills. When they get older they are known as the Squirrel Tree Frog because their mating call sounds like a squirrel.
7. Problems As you know, frogs could be a prey to many animals. That’s where, yet again, the Squirrel Tree Frog uses stealth to blend in. The main reason they aren’t endangered is because no predator can find them! A predator could be stocking the Squirrel Tree Frog, but then, the frog just might disappear!
8. Conclusion The Squirrel Tree Frog was a very exciting animal to research and I enjoyed it very much. The fact I enjoyed the most was that the Squirrel Tree Frog uses stealth to blend in and stay alive. I didn’t like the fact that the Squirrel Tree Frog sometimes lives in gardens.
