ees.

CEO or management has a habit of lying to
them?
3. Don’t Spare Bad News
It is easy to spread good news but CEO’s will of-
ten hide the bad.

Employees can feel more of a loyalty if they have
helped overcome an obstacle for the company.
4. Share the results of GOOD work
tangibly.
Tie your results to cash incentives, bonuses, and
non-cash rewards so the employee knows he or
she is being rewarded for his or her specific con-
tribution.
Remember, you have to convince
why the employee should work and
keep working for you.
