The document provides the agenda and logistics for a medical mission trip to GYE in 2008. It outlines details about meeting at the airport, wearing mission t-shirts, bringing passports and light carry-ons. On Saturday the group will fly to GYE, be met by sponsors, and transported to a hotel to rest. On Sunday morning the group will have breakfast and travel to the hospital for an 8am meeting and instructions for the week. The document also provides guidelines about wearing white coats in the hospital, not bringing food or drinks to certain areas, sharing knowledge with local staff, and includes sections about educational training, on call schedules, social activities, and questions about the trip.
