2.  In medicine , an abortion is the premature exit
of the products of conception (the fetus, fetal
membranes, and placenta ) from the uterus. It
is the loss of a pregnancy

3.  In my opinion , abortion is murder . When you
get pregnant , it might still be just a fetus for
awhile but it’s still one of us . Your basically
killing another human who is helpless and
can’t speak for him/herself yet . Your getting
rid of a future person who is trying to develop
a life and basically your being selfish because
your thinking of yourself ( most of the time ] .

4.  During abortion , pregnancy is removed from the
uterus . The options of the type of abortion you can get
all depends upon the stage of pregnancy .
 Medical Abortion : The Abortion Pill is an option up to 8
weeks LMP ( Last Menstrual Period ] . It causes the end of
your pregnancy . Then 24-72 hours later, the woman uses
Misoprostol ( Misoprostol reduces stomach acid and
replaces protective substances in the stomach that are
inhibited by nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs ] to cause
the uterus to contract and expel the tissue. A follow-up
appointment is required to make sure the abortion is
complete .

5.  Vacuum Aspiration : In the first trimester , usually 6 to 13
weeks , vacuum aspiration is the procedure used to empty
the uterus . This traditional first trimester abortion involves
three main steps : an injection to numb the cervix , insertion
of a soft flexible tube through the cervix into the uterus ,
suction created by an aspirating machine to remove the
pregnancy from the uterus .
 Dilation & Curettage ( D&C ] : In a D&C abortion , usually
performed between 7 and 12 weeks of pregnancy , the
doctor inserts a curette , a loop-shaped steel knife , into the
womb through the dilated cervix . As the curette scrapes the
wall of the uterus , the baby is cut into pieces .
 There are many more type of abortion like salt poisoning ,
hysterotomy , etc .

7.  Did you know a miscarriage is also an abortion ? It is a
different type of abortion called a spontaneous
abortion . It is the spontaneous ending of a pregnancy
before the fetus is mature enough to survive outside
the uterus . If the uterus is not completely emptied and
D&C is performed .

8.  Would you consider abortion ?
 For the boys , would your child’s mother into
having an abortion just because you don’t want
a baby ?
 How do you feel about abortion ?
 Do you think all women that have abortions
soon later regret it ?
