STUDY AND LIVE DESIGN Istituto Europeo di Design was founded in Milano, Italy in 1966. Ever since, IED became a true European powerhouse for design education. The training philosophy at IED is combined learning of theory and practice. These principles made IED highly popular among students, as much as employers and our students maintain excellent 90% rate of employment in the design field within 6 months after graduation. Our campuses are located in Italy, Spain, and Brazil; although, we offer more than 50 programs in English. IED offers BA, 1-year intensive, Masters and summer programs in practically any kind of technical design subject, from the typical fashion, interior, car, graphics, advertising, to the more distinct like yacht design or extreme sports industrial design.
