ABC’s and 123’s of Social Media for
                 Small Business


       1. Play fair
       2. Don't hit people (with your words, negative comments especially online)
       3. Say you're sorry (quickly) when you hurt somebody (especially through various social
          media channels, twitter, facebook, email, etc.)
       4. Wash your hands before you eat. (keep your content clean)
       5. Flush.
       6. Take a nap every afternoon. (make time during your day/week to take a break)
       7. When you go out in the world, watch out for traffic, hold hands and stick together.
          (form strategic partners: two is always better than one, four eyes are better than two)
       8. Clean up your own mess (as soon as possible, via as many social medias as you can)
