• Here, Contributors have a wider definition of success than
Non-contributors.
• Contributors are able to widen this definition of success to
include personal fulfillment, development of self-esteem,
ongoing development of personal capabilities etc.
• Contributor’s thought is work/team/organization oriented not
just money oriented.
• Contributor has a goal to do new, to do some for organization,
to do for environment, to do for others.
• This ultimately goes to the success of his specialization

a senior engineer of electrical department
Because he is more capable of this position . He
has more experience and technical skill. he takes
an opportunity to answer any problem of
electrical department in the company.
He is prove their ideas and things in reality so
that is used in company.
