For non-contributor : 
• Non-contributors define success in terms of material success, 
achievement, external impact, etc. 
• Non-contributor’s though is very narrow as one just think of 
his and just for short sighted. 
• He just believe what he has done and what he has not other 
than that. 
• If non-contributor’s personality is MONEY. 
• For example, non-contributor’s goal is increment not work. 
• This is the main difference with the vision of contributor.
For contributor : 
• Here, Contributors have a wider definition of success than 
Non-contributors. 
• Contributors are able to widen this definition of success to 
include personal fulfillment, development of self-esteem, 
ongoing development of personal capabilities etc. 
• Contributor’s thought is work/team/organization oriented not 
just money oriented. 
• Contributor has a goal to do new, to do some for organization, 
to do for environment, to do for others. 
• This ultimately goes to the success of his specialization
Job satisfaction 
Success and satisfaction are both required for 
happiness. 
For job satisfaction means the environment of 
organization and behave of employee as me. 
Fine proportion of external and internal success 
leads to happy enjoyable life.

company, the best ‘center forward’ in electrical 
department of the company, the man a 
company found an employee in.
THE CHALLENGE AS AN 
OPPORTUNITY : 
In the company kirit degada was selected as 
a senior engineer of electrical department 
Because he is more capable of this position . He 
has more experience and technical skill. he takes 
an opportunity to answer any problem of 
electrical department in the company. 
He is prove their ideas and things in reality so 
that is used in company.
kirit degada is achieve the critical 
problems by implementation of their things and 
skill. so whatever he does it will success all time. 
He is sharing his ideas and thoughts with other 
employers.
Junior not work to expectation 
I first of all try to understand them. 
I give you some training about my field work 
I help them teach we are the one who give life.
Contribution to organization 
• I help the instrument department by working 
in bsc and bts. 
• Service above self.
Short term and long term vision 
• Short term vision: stability of family 
• Enjoying family life 
• Long term: spread positive energy everywhere on 
this earth 
• If you see a man without smile give him yours
