pitta causes constipation.
Consume daily 4-5 Lts. Warm
water, eat more cooked veg. Take
raagi, jawar, bajra instead of rice.
Take 5 gm Triphala churna with
warm glass of water before going

Kapha is balanced. Due to age
Kapha is reduced causing
memory loss. For this
Brahmighrutam, Brahmilehyam,
Sarasvataristam, Sankahpushpi
and a glass of cow milk &
