• English usage is a dialect – embedded in Yup’ik linguistic
  syntax, with different colloquialisms and usages
   – Family members rarely become openly angry.
   – In our family we are really mad at each other a lot.
   – Family members hardly ever loose their temper.
   – In our family we lose our tempers a lot.
   – Family member try to one up or outdo each other.
   – In our family there is a feeling of togetherness.
