1. Q6: What have you learnt about
technologies from the process of
construction this product?
2. Photoshop
I have learnt how to use Photoshop to a further extent than
before. I was a GCSE media student so I had use the
software for a couple years. Now for my coursework I had to
use my basic skills and began to use them in a better way,
as well as learning new things at the same time to improve
my construction. I could improve by spending even more
time practicing so I could’ve had cleaner cuts in my editing.
3. Camera
I enjoy to do photography in my free time so getting to do my
own for work was great. I don’t think the images I used show my
strengths in it so if I had more time I would’ve liked to retake the
images. I used my professional camera to make clearer images
too, but I do think my angle with light could’ve been stronger.
4. Prezi
Before September I had never used Prezi before. It has
become a website I enjoy and prefer to use. It gives a more
interesting and engaging feel to the work. Its more than
just a few flicks of pages. I have learnt by using this that
work can be presented in more interesting ways. The only
thing I didn’t like was that you had only so much space per
pod and if you wanted more text you’d either have to
make it really small text or add a new pod.
5. Blog
By using a blog I have learnt a new way to present work.
Blogger is a good way to keep all work together and organised.
My blog consists of diary entries, my construction, planning,
preliminary task and evaluation. Honestly I don’t really see
anything I personally dislike about blogger.
