OBJECTIVES:
I am interested to work as Lawyer/legal Counsel in international context. I have had
experience both in Justice Court European/Indian and, as Legal Counsel supporting
multinational companies.
AREA OF EXPERTISE:
JUDICIARY MATTERS: Litigation and arbitral panels, redaction act and procedural
activity in Justice Court/Authorities. Claims and Despute Resolution, Relation with
Authorities and law firm. Litigation management and organization with cost analysis.
