8. What is your overall plan for the office? MISSION STATEMENT: To have a full office of agents with the common goal and reputation of being the most positive, professional and productive group in our market place.
9. BUSINESS MEETINGS: Top Five reasons not to attend: They start too early. They go on and on and on and on. Too many complaints that do not relate to me. Too much negativity in the room. I have more important things to do.
10. BUSINESS MEETING COMMITMENT: Meetings will occur on the first Tuesday of each month after the 7th. THE RULES OF THE MEETINGS ARE SIMPLE: Meetings will start on time – 10:00am and will last one hour and 15 minutes maximum.
13. Will not be the time to bring up personal issues that are not related to the professional side of our business.
14. Having said that… On your chair each month there will be a form with two questions: What did you love most about the office this past month? And What is your number one complaint about the office this past month?
15. These forms should be completed and turned in at the end of each meeting. Notice there is a not a spot for your name. Putting your name on the form is optional. You have one shot at each question so you need to figure out the one answer that fits or is most important to you. Any form that has more than one answer to each question will not be addressed. Most likely if it is on your mind, it is also on someone else’s mind. Thus, I will address all questions/comments and concerns in an email that will be sent out to everyone in the office.
16. Except under special circumstances…business meetings will be held once per month. All other events during the month will be educational, networking or social.
17. COMMUNICATION: Only in very rare circumstances will I send a broadcast voice mail. Updates, important information and general communication will be via email or video messages to email.
