CORPORATE GOVERNANCE
Great corporations, like individuals, are known for their unwavering commitment to ethical values and principles. At Reliance - ADA Group, they remain steadfast in their resolve to uphold the highest standards of integrity, transparency and governance.
For them, corporate governance is not just about adhering to the formal letter of the law, but about embracing the substantive spirit that lies underneath; to move beyond the statutory obligations.
The key aspects of their corporate governance practice are:
 Monitoring of executive and director compensation
 Providing autonomy to the Board
 Implementing rigorous disclosure and transparency norms
Monitoring of executive and director compensation
Across each of the group companies, a Remuneration Committee assesses the overall compensation structure and policies of the organization and makes recommendations. These form the basis for formulating the company‘s executive remuneration framework.
The Remuneration Committee consists of non-executive directors, a majority of whom are independent. The Chairman of the Committee is an Independent Director. The Remuneration Committee works with full autonomy, and is free of any managerial interference. The Committee is also empowered to call upon professional advice, both from within and outside the company, in the discharge of their duties.
Providing autonomy to the Board
The Board of Directors of each of the group companies consists of eminent individuals with diverse experience and expertise. The respective Board acts with autonomy and independence in exercising strategic supervision, discharging its fiduciary responsibilities, and in ensuring that the management observes the highest standards of ethics, transparency and disclosure.
The Board of Directors reviews all information details and transactions relating to significant business decisions, including strategic and regulatory matters. Every member of the Board, including non-executive directors, has access to all relevant information about their respective companies.
17
The Board appoints a number of Committees to focus on well-defined areas of responsibility, with a clear mandate to make time-bound recommendations, and, where specified, use the authority vested in them by the Board to take crucial decisions.
Implementing rigorous disclosure and transparency norms
Each of the Group companies adheres to all disclosure and transparency norms relating to corporate governance. We are committed to public disclosure, in a clear and timely manner, of our financial accounts, including both segment and consolidated accounts, and the level and means of remuneration of our directors and top executives. We also give out clear information on related- party transactions, if any, that are undertaken within the group.
We strictly comply with all governance codes, listing agreements, other applicable laws and regulations, and, not least, our self-avowed corporate values and objectives.
18
CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
Organizations, like individuals, depend for their survival, sustenance and growth on the support and goodwill of the communities of which they are an integral part, and must pay back this generosity in every way they can...
This ethical standpoint, derived from the vision of their founder, lies at the heart of the CSR philosophy of the Reliance – ADA Group.
While they strongly believe that their primary obligation or duty as corporate entities is to their shareholders – they are just as mindful of the fact that this imperative does not exist in isolation; it is part of a much larger compact which they have with their entire body of stakeholders: From employees, customers and vendors to business partners, eco-system, local communities, and society at large.
They evaluate and assess each critical business decision or choice from the point of view of diverse stakeholder interest, driven by the need to minimize risk and to pro- actively address long-term social, economic and environmental costs and concerns.
For them, being socially responsible is not an occasional act of charity or that one- time token financial contribution to the local school, hospital or environmental NGO. It is an ongoing year-round commitment, which is integrated into the very core of their business objectives and strategy.
Because they believe that there is no contradiction between doing well and doing right. Indeed, doing right is a necessary condition for doing well.
19

ADLABS
Adlabs is by far the largest entertainment conglomerate in the country every sphere of the entertainment industry - production, distribution, processing or in cinemas - having started as a laboratory for processing ad films over three decades ago. Be it pioneering the concept of multiplexes, giving a corporate face to movie making, or introducing the IMAX experience, it has always been Adlabs first - in short, 'never a dull moment' for the industry. June 2005, marked the milestone in Adlabs when Reliance ADAG stepped into the company and became majority promoter shareholders. With this move Adlabs was catapulted to being part of one of the leading business groups in India with a combined market capitalization exceeding One Lakh crores.
This management expertise and resources acted as a catalyst in synergizing various interrelated businesses: animation, distribution, radio and digital cinema to name a few. Today we are the entertainment hub for top notch talent and cutting edge technology.
21
FOUNDER
Adlabs was founded by Manmohan Shetty, widely accepted as a visionary in the Indian film industry. In 1978 along with Vasanji Mamania, he started Adlabs a small film processing unit that catered to ad films. In 1989, the firm entered mainstream cinema processing and has never looked back since. Today, we process more than 60 percent of all Hindi films produced in India.
Mr. Shetty pioneered many technological advances at Adlabs, including blowing up 16mm film to 35 mm and introducing advanced color correction processes in India.
An ardent film buff, he believed in nurturing talent and this led to a separate division for movie production. With the economy on the upswing, and fast- changing lifestyles in the metropolises, he also anticipated great scope for the multiplex business and made a timely entry into this segment in 2001 by launching India's first IMAX theatre in Mumbai. Today, various Adlabs Cinemas constitute some of the countries most popular and premium entertainment destinations.
Manmohan Shetty has recently completed his term as Chairman of the National Film Development Corporation.
22
SERVICES
Today Adlabs is the market leader, processing the largest number of Hindi films every year with a record-breaking number of prints.
Long-standing business relationships and a technologically advanced facility (including a high quality lab for processing raw exposed films, colour correction, editing and making multiple prints for final distribution, and a well-appointed preview theatre at Film City, Goregaon) have made us the most sought-after film processing laboratory in India.
Currently, Adlabs enjoys a 70% market share in the Hindi films in the film processing and printing business. Along with films, we continue to focus on quality negative processing for the advertising industry.
In 2005, Adlabs received the prestigious Kodak Image care Program Negative Processing Accreditation. With it, Adlabs joined an elite club of processing labs in the world recognized for the highest quality and standards in motion picture film handling and processing, and most efficient practices.
We have further consolidated our dominant position with numerous other prestigious awards for the quality of our film processing.
23
DISTRIBUTION
With Krrish in 2006, Adlabs made its foray into the international distribution market for Hindi films having very early on spotted the vast potential of the overseas Hindi films market. We reached leadership position in our very first year of operations with some of the year's biggest films like Umrao Jaan and Baabul. In 2007, we have already dominated the box office with hits like Guru, Black Friday, Bheja Fry and now the mega record-busting Spider-Man 3. We are currently setting up a pan-India domestic theatrical distribution business. Starting with J.P. Dutta's Umrao Jaan in the Mumbai circuit, Mani Ratnam's Guru in the Delhi-UP and East Punjab circuits and Spider-Man 3 in Maharashtra, Gujarat, Delhi NCR, Uttar Pradesh and Punjab, plans have been formalized to set up domestic distribution offices throughout India.
24
CINEMAS
In the year to come, 20 million people are expected to watch a movie on an Adlabs screen. With two IMAX theaters, 19 properties, 69 screens and counting, Adlabs Cinemas is one of the largest motion picture exhibitors in the country.
In keeping with Adlabs' aggression expansion strategy, Adlabs recently acquired all the properties of Rave Cinemas which include an operational cinema at Kanpur and six more to be launched in the near future. This acquisition has helped us to ramp up operations in northern India. We also have properties in Delhi, Kolkata, Hyderabad and Bangalore in the pipeline and are expanding to tier 2 cities.
All in all, Adlabs is well on its way to becoming the biggest cinemas chain in the country as early as July 2007.
25
TELEVISION
Adlabs forayed into television content creation, initially focusing on a Repertoire of youth-oriented, reality-based programs, by becoming Majority stakeholders of Siddhartha Basu's Synergy Communications. Synergy, a well known name in the business, has been associated with some of the most popular and groundbreaking programs on Indian television - Kaun Banega Crorepati, Mastermind and now Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa.
The new entity Synergy Adlabs will use our combined forces, abilities and expertise to create exciting and varied fare for television, both in India and the world.

WHAT IS RADIO?
Radio is the wireless transmission of signals, by modulation of electromagnetic waves with frequencies below those of visible light.
Electromagnetic radiation travels by means of ectromagnetic fields that pass through the air and the vacuum of space. It does not require a medium of transport. Information is carried by systematically changing (modulating) some property of the radiated waves, such as their amplitude or their frequency.
When radio waves pass an electrical conductor, the oscillating fields induce an alternating current in the conductor. This can be detected and transformed into sound or other signals that carry information.
The word 'radio' is used to describe this phenomenon, and radio transmissions are classed as radio frequency emissions.
AM broadcast radio sends music and voice in the Medium Frequency (MF—0.300 MHz to 3 MHz) radio spectrum. AM radio uses amplitude modulation,
FM broadcast radio sends music and voice with higher fidelity than AM radio. In frequency modulation, amplitude variation at the microphone causes the transmitter frequency to fluctuate. Edwin H. Armstrong invented frequency-modulated (FM) radio,
Brief History of Radio Broadcasting in India
1935 Radio broadcast begins with AIR. 1977 First FM service in Madras. 1993 AIR sells time slots for private FM radio broadcasting in five cities. 1999 Privatization of FM - Phase I Policy. 2001 Licenses given to private radio broadcasters. 2005 Announcement of Policy of privatization of FM.
28
USES OF RADIO
 Audio

Telephony
Satellite phones use satellites rather than cell towers to communicate. When the mobile phone nears the edge of the cell site's radio coverage area, the central computer switches the phone to a new cell.
Video
Television sends the picture as AM and the sound as FM, with the sound carrier a fixed frequency away from the video carrier.
Navigation
Radio direction-finding is the oldest form of radio navigation. Before 1960 navigators used movable loop antennas to locate commercial AM stations near cities
Radar
Radar (Radio Detection And Ranging) detects things at a distance by bouncing radio waves off them.
29
Data (Digital Radio)
Most new radio systems are digital like Digital TV, Satellite Radio, Digital Audio Broadcasting.
Radio control
Radio remote control use of radio waves to transmit control data to a remote object as in some early forms of guided missile, some early TV remotes and a range of model boats, cars and airplanes. Large industrial remote-controlled equipment such as cranes and switching locomotives now usually use digital radio techniques to ensure safety and reliability.

2. Kids Game
In this the team of BIG can arrange for various games for enjoyment of children and also for publicity that is indirect income for BIG and also there will not be any extra expense…
Various games which can be played by BIG and children also…
 Persuasion
The teams can be divided into groups of four to six. Give them a little-known product, or at least one they may not be familiar with.
The contest is to see which team can put on the best commercial and be most persuasive in their delivery. The "commercial" should be no longer than 90 seconds in length but should use all the teens, even if some of them are background characters.
Give each team about five minutes preparation time. For added fun, have the real prices and uses of the items on a page and read it after the commercial. Competing teens will be delighted to know that the previous commercial tried to sell the product at 100 Rs. quite an inflated price!
There could be a good follow-up to this truth versus persuasion. Talk about the TV and radio ads which entice and tease but do not necessarily tell the truth. Contrast this to the sometimes unpleasant but necessary task of telling the truth of the Gospel. People may not like what they hear at first, but they may come to realize that truth is the most important part of your witnessing.
 Initial Knowledge
Part word game, part quiz, Initial Knowledge is played by 2 to 4 players (or teams) who start by selecting the categories they will use.
There are some "standard" categories, e.g.:
 Animals
 Boys' names
 Clothing
 Countries
 Fruits and vegetables
 Girls' names
 Professions
 Seas, lakes and rivers
 TV shows
 Writers
50
But you can easily add (or substitute) your own categories. Each player (or team) writes down the categories on a piece of paper.
Next, some random letter is chosen --you could pick a letter from a book or newspaper, for example, or ask an adult.
As soon as the letter has been selected, it is announced to the players and the game starts.
The objective of the game is to find a word in each category that starts with the chosen letter. Let's say the letter "B" had been selected; in that case, you could come up with Bear, Bill, Blouse, Belgium ... and so on! The players write down their words next to each category.
As soon as a player has found a word for all categories, he or she says: "Done!" and the other players must stop writing. The game can also end automatically (say: five minutes after it has started), if a "difficult" letter has been selected and nobody is able to use it in every category.
The player with the most correct answers wins the round; the first player (or team) to win five rounds, wins the game.
 Music – A Stamping Game
I have never played this game but always wanted to after I got into high school. It seems like it is a design project on a large sheet of bulletin board paper. Students are divided into groups and have different tools for stamping designs (round sponge, square, etc.). A tape is recorded which has different kinds of music, when the music changes the students stamp their designs on the paper. I know I seem really vague here and I might even be combining two projects, but my book is at school.
 You’re part of the family
Here's an activity that could give an antidote to self-centeredness.
Before the activity, put out one sheet of paper for everyone attending - one sheet for each person, with their name written across the top. During the gathering, hand out the pages along with pencils, making sure that nobody gets their own. Tell the groups that at no time are you to receive a paper if your name is on it.
At the sound or a whistle give each teen 40 seconds to write a note to the person at the top of the page. It is not to be signed by the writers. They are to write why they want that person to remain part of the family. Reasons like "Because your smile is great", "You are a good example of a quiet Christian", or "You are a lot of fun to be around" are all good answers. At the end of each 40 seconds blow the whistle and tell the teens to exchange papers.
51
After about six rounds of this, have the papers sent to the name on the top of the page. Each teen will be able to see a handful of kind messages, telling them they are special. Such friendly comment lets the teen know he is among others who share a special friendship with him; he need not be selfish or self-centered, feeling like a "lone wolf."
 Brainstorm Rummy
1. Divide the participants into groups of 4 or 5.
2. Give each group a piece of flipchart paper.
3. Announce a general topic to the entire group, such as Animals,
Holidays, Vegetables, Actors, etc.
4. Give the groups one minute to brainstorm and write down as
Many examples of the topic as they can.
5. When the time is up, all the teams must stop writing.
6. On the board, write Team 1, Team 2, Team 3, etc.
7. Ask each team to read out a word and write it under that team.
Once a word has been written on the board, another team may
Not use it.
8. Keep going, until all the teams run out of words.
9. The team with the most words wins that round.
10. You can obviously play this game in any language.
 TV Tag
In these variation when the person who is ―It‖ tags some one, they are frozen in place to be unfrozen, some one must touch them & must yell out the name of a television show. A TV show name can be used once.
Play continuous until all are frozen. The last person to be tagged is ―It‖ for the next game.
It can be played using any other category i.e. movie tag or football team tag, cricket team tag or for the slightly older crowd noble peace prize winner.
 Word game
The quick thinking word game where players go head to head in a fast paced hilarious games of action.
Go head to head with family & friends in this fast faced hilarious word game. To play just slide the letter getter forward then back to reveal two letters. Be the first player to shout out a word of five or more players or in teams .When the letter getter is empty the player with the most tiles wins the game. Game variations include ‗the name game‘, ‗word war‘, ‗trump time‘, ‗geography & ‗Bogus Bluff‘ as well as rules for younger kids & tips for teachers.
E.g.…Quick think of a word that starts with ‗S‘ & end ‗R‘. ―Super‖, ―spectacular‖.
52
 Predictions
Pass out 3 x 5 cards and has the teens try their hands at predictions...the family kind, of course. Teens are to give their opinions as to the following people or items ten years from now... 1. Strongest country in the world. 2. What the people on either side of me will be doing. 3. What I will be doing. 4. What the best TV show will be about. 5. What kind of clothing and hair styles will be the rage. 6. What prices will be like for bread, Pepsi, gas by the gallon, and a breakfast at Mc. Donald‘s.
Gather them up and read them out loud. Some answers will be a real them laugh, But some may even inspire serious conversation. No doubt one or two will simple state the belief that God will have returned before then.
 Psychiatrist
It is best played with a large group of people, The More the Better…….!
In this game one person is chosen to be ‗Psychiatrist‘. This person must then leave the room as the rest of the group prepares to play with the ‗Psychiatrist‘ out of the room and out of the earshot the rest of the player decide a person. Once a person decided someone retrieves ‗Psychiatrist‘ who then comes to the centre of the circle.
Then players will tell anything or everything about the selected person in only one sentence, five people can do the same thing. In this five sentence or hints ‗Psychiatrist‘ have to recognize selected person.
If ‗Psychiatrist‘ recognizes the selected person then selected person becomes the next ‗Psychiatrist‘
 Shoot And Score
This is a twist on yesterday's trivia game. In this game, held in a gym, if your team gets the answer right, you get one point, but then a selected teammate gets to go to the line and shoot a free throw. If he gets it right, you get a bonus point. It's a combination of the cerebral and athletic. The first team to correctly answer the question gets to go to the line for the shot. The others must sit and wait for the next question.

Players are required to find a particular name of particular topic like animals, vegetables, fruits, subject name, etc… beginning with each letter of the alphabet in turn.
Those taking part sit in a circle and go into the circle if they can't think of a name for that particular letter. The next person continues on.
You could have the players face some fun "forfeits" if they cannot get a letter correct. Make them face one of these challenges if they slip up:

This game helps in Team Building. One of the games kids seem to love is a group drawing game. One person in selected to draw a line or simple scribble on the board. Then they select someone else to make their line/scribble into a picture of something recognizable. I usually call up two at a time, one boy and one girl, and set a time limit of 5 seconds for the line/scribble and 30 sec. -1 minute for the completion of the picture.
 Food for Thought

When any player reached five, or a multiple of five (such as 10 or 15), that player has to say 'Buzz' instead of the number. If a number includes a five but is not a multiple of five, the player has to replace that part of it with 'Buzz' - for example, 54 would be 'Buzz-four'. Any player is out of the game that says the wrong thing or hesitates too much. The game can also be played with some other number that five being replaced by 'Buzz'.
And it can be made more difficult by simultaneously substituting another word for another number, so that
For example the number seven would have to be said as 'Fizz' or' Bizz'. Also called Fizz, Fizz-Buzz, Buzz-Bizz, and Buzz-Fizz.  Just a Minute
Object To continue speaking for one minute on a chosen subject.
Procedure One player is chosen as the umpire, and sets the other player subjects, which they have to speak about for one minute - without hesitation, repetition, or deviation from the subject. A speaker who breaks any of these rules can be challenged by another player and, if the umpire upholds the challenge, that player continues on the same subject for the rest of the minute. The winner of each round is the player who is speaking as the minute expires. Alternatively, points can be scored for successful challenges and for being the speaker who completes a minute's talk.
 Food for Thought
1. Have participants sit in a circle.

  • 16. 16 CORPORATE GOVERNANCE Great corporations, like individuals, are known for their unwavering commitment to ethical values and principles. The key aspects of their corporate governance practice are:  Monitoring of executive and director compensation  Providing autonomy to the Board  Implementing rigorous disclosure and transparency norms Monitoring of executive and director compensation Across each of the group companies, a Remuneration Committee assesses the overall compensation structure and policies of the organization and makes recommendations. Providing autonomy to the Board The Board of Directors of each of the group companies consists of eminent individuals with diverse experience and expertise.
  • 17. 17 The Board appoints a number of Committees to focus on well-defined areas of responsibility, with a clear mandate to make time-bound recommendations, and, where specified, use the authority vested in them by the Board to take crucial decisions. Implementing rigorous disclosure and transparency norms Each of the Group companies adheres to all disclosure and transparency norms relating to corporate governance.
  • 18. 18 CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY Organizations, like individuals, depend for their survival, sustenance and growth on the support and goodwill of the communities of which they are an integral part, and must pay back this generosity in every way they can...

  • 27. 27 WHAT IS RADIO? AM radio uses amplitude modulation, FM broadcast radio sends music and voice with higher fidelity than AM radio. In frequency modulation, amplitude variation at the microphone causes the transmitter frequency to fluctuate. Edwin H. Armstrong invented frequency-modulated (FM) radio, Brief History of Radio Broadcasting in India 1935 Radio broadcast begins with AIR. 1977 First FM service in Madras. 1993 AIR sells time slots for private FM radio broadcasting in five cities. 1999 Privatization of FM - Phase I Policy. 2001 Licenses given to private radio broadcasters. 2005 Announcement of Policy of privatization of FM.

In frequency modulation, amplitude variation at the microphone causes the transmitter frequency to fluctuate. Telephony Satellite phones use satellites rather than cell towers to communicate. When the mobile phone nears the edge of the cell site's radio coverage area, the central computer switches the phone to a new cell. Video Television sends the picture as AM and the sound as FM, with the sound carrier a fixed frequency away from the video carrier. Navigation Radio direction-finding is the oldest form of radio navigation. Before 1960 navigators used movable loop antennas to locate commercial AM stations near cities Radar Radar (Radio Detection And Ranging) detects things at a distance by bouncing radio waves off them.

Radio control Radio remote control use of radio waves to transmit control data to a remote object as in some early forms of guided missile, some early TV remotes and a range of model boats, cars and airplanes. Large industrial remote-controlled equipment such as cranes and switching locomotives now usually use digital radio techniques to ensure safety and reliability.

And give a notice to the schools if a student will pass the test then only he/she will get a chance to participate in competition. In this test common question related to study, general awareness, general knowledge, current affairs, etc will be asked. From this select 40 to 50 students for ‗Elocution competition‘ only. After completion of elocution round second round will be of ‗Extempore‘. And In this round 20 to 25 students will get a chance for the ‗Talent round‘ which is a final round. And from this round finally 5 students will be selected as a winner and 1st ranker will be the ―BIG Teacher of Vadodara‖ and others will be given gifts and award. And the BIG Teacher will get a chance to study in a good school of Vadodara.
  • 48. 48 To organize this competition, first BIG will have to decide a place where to organize this competition then the advertisement will be done on radio and through this BIG can find sponsors like  Stationary shop,  Schools,  Garment Shop,  Shoe Shop,  Hotels,  Restaurants,  Tuition Classes,  Picnic Resorts,  Sports Shop, And FREE Passes will be given to the parents only for this competition. • 49. 49 2. Kids Game In this the team of BIG can arrange for various games for enjoyment of children and also for publicity that is indirect income for BIG and also there will not be any extra expense… Various games which can be played by BIG and children also…  Persuasion The teams can be divided into groups of four to six.  Initial Knowledge Part word game, part quiz, Initial Knowledge is played by 2 to 4 players (or teams) who start by selecting the categories they will use. There are some "standard" categories, e.g.:  Animals  Boys' names  Clothing  Countries  Fruits and vegetables  Girls' names  Professions  Seas, lakes and rivers  TV shows  Writers
  • 50. 50 But you can easily add (or substitute) your own categories.  Music – A Stamping Game I have never played this game but always wanted to after I got into high school.  You’re part of the family Here's an activity that could give an antidote to self-centeredness.
  • 51. 51 After about six rounds of this, have the papers sent to the name on the top of the page. Each teen will be able to see a handful of kind messages, telling them they are special. Such friendly comment lets the teen know he is among others who share a special friendship with him; he need not be selfish or self-centered, feeling like a "lone wolf."  Brainstorm Rummy 1. Divide the participants into groups of 4 or 5. 2. Give each group a piece of flipchart paper. 3. Announce a general topic to the entire group, such as Animals, Holidays, Vegetables, Actors, etc. 4. Give the groups one minute to brainstorm and write down as Many examples of the topic as they can. 5. When the time is up, all the teams must stop writing. 6. On the board, write Team 1, Team 2, Team 3, etc. 7. Ask each team to read out a word and write it under that team. Once a word has been written on the board, another team may Not use it. 8. Keep going, until all the teams run out of words. 9. The team with the most words wins that round. 10. You can obviously play this game in any language.  TV Tag In these variation when the person who is ―It‖ tags some one, they are frozen in place to be unfrozen, some one must touch them & must yell out the name of a television show. A TV show name can be used once. Play continuous until all are frozen. The last person to be tagged is ―It‖ for the next game. It can be played using any other category i.e. movie tag or football team tag, cricket team tag or for the slightly older crowd noble peace prize winner.  Word game The quick thinking word game where players go head to head in a fast paced hilarious games of action.

 Psychiatrist It is best played with a large group of people, The More the Better…….! If ‗Psychiatrist‘ recognizes the selected person then selected person becomes the next ‗Psychiatrist‘  Shoot And Score This is a twist on yesterday's trivia game.

Procedure each player is given a sheet of paper, and starts by writing at the top an adjective describing a male person. The player folds over the paper to hide the adjective, and hands the paper to the next player, who writes a man's or boy's name. The papers are passed on from one player to another, each player writing in order the following:
  • 78. 78  an adjective phrase describing a man or boy  a man or boy's name  an adjective phrase describing a woman or girl  a woman or girl's name  where they met  what he said to her  what she replied  what the consequences were  What the world said about it. If desired, extra categories can be added between numbers 5 and 6: what he gave to her, what she gave to him, what he did, what she did, and when and how they met.  Buzz Object To substitute words for particular numbers in counting. Procedure the players sit in a circle. The first player calls out 'One,' the next player 'Two', and so on - counting round the circle. And it can be made more difficult by simultaneously substituting another word for another number, so that For example the number seven would have to be said as 'Fizz' or' Bizz'. Also called Fizz, Fizz-Buzz, Buzz-Bizz, and Buzz-Fizz.  Just a Minute Object To continue speaking for one minute on a chosen subject.  Food for Thought 1. Have participants sit in a circle.
