Georgia Partnership for TeleHealth
was awarded a grant from
the Office for the Advancement of TeleHealth
to become the
Southeastern TeleHealth Resource Center.
Goal: To offer technical assistance in order to advance
TeleHealth in the Southeast: GA, FL, AL, SC.

Who are the TRCs?
1. Federally-designated thru the Department of
Human Services’ Health Resources & Services
Administration (HRSA) and OAT/ORHP.
(established in 2006)
2. To be designated: Recipients were required to have
extensive telehealth program implementation
experience
3. Currently, 14 centers around the nation; each with
different strengths & expertise.
