Apollo munich health insurance, mumbai are not to be trusted
we have been contacting mr. Amrit Garg,Assistant Manager (Grievance Cell ) Apollo munich
health insurance for over 4 months but he refuses to understand/accept/mishappening of Apollo
munich health insurance that they have given us false medical reports just to make easy and
unearned money We, sr.citizens,were asked to go to their medical centre to get tests done as per
their requirement.5 tests were done between my wife and myself.Medical centre and agency
development mgr said charges will be reimbursed full 100% by apollo munich health insurance
Thereafter apollo munich health insurance sent 5+14=19 reports(14 tests were not done on us)
After a month, they told me why they returned reports. When apollo munich health insurance can
send me test results of 14 medical tests which were not done on us, will anybody under the sky,
believe the 1 test result they say to reject our application can be true !!!!! Secondly, giving reason
after a month is definitely on second thought, just to avoid reimbursement and making easy
unearned money. we are healthy people hence never expected, even in dream, that we will be
medically rejected. apollo munich health insurance has made cheap money a) interest on the
premium b) medical charges we paid c) charges for the 14 tests which were not done on us.Even
Vishamjeet Khokher Sr. Manager ( Grievance Cell ) refuses to understand/accept/mishappening
of Apollo munich health insurance that they have given us false medical reports.

We have been contacting Mr. Amrit Garg, Assistant Manager (Grievance Cell) Apollo Munich health

Medical centre and agency development manger said charges will be reimbursed full 100% by Apollo
Munich health insurance. Thereafter Apollo Munich health insurance sent 5+1419 reports (14 tests were
not done on us) after a month, they told me why they returned reports. When Apollo Munich health
insurance can send me test results of 14 medical tests which were not done on us, will anybody under the
sky, believe the 1 test result they say to reject our application can be true!!!!! Secondly,giving reason after
a month is definitely on second thought, just to avoid reimbursement and making easy unearned money.

have given us false medical reports. I want them to issue a letter stating that they have not accepted my
report since they had some internal matter and pay compensation for the time loss.
Reason for Complaint
Defect in the product during warranty / maintenance contract period; Product caused damages to my
other personal properties or somebody's life; Product has not been delivered even though I have paid for
it

Sirs, (in the attachment are my emails to apollo munich health insurance for your referance)..
My dispute with apollo munich health insurance ( IN SHORT FOR YOUR REFERANCE ):
My wife and myself are both senior citizens, we had applied to apollo munich health
insurance for our health insurance. We paid the premium. We were asked to go to their medical centre to get the
medical tests done as per their requirement. Since tests were requirement by apollo munich health insurance and
done by their appointed medical centre, apollo munich health insurance should have paid for the medical tests.
We went for tests and 5 medical tests were done between my wife and myself. We were
asked by medical centre to pay for the tests and reimburse in full 100% will be paid by
apollo munich health insurance. hence we paid the medical charges. Immediately we
called mr. vyankatesh kumar, agency development manager, and told him that we are
charged rs 5600 as medical charges, he confirmed that the charges will be reimbursed full
100% by apollo munich insurance.since both said the charges will e 100% reimbursed we
were satisfied.
There after apollo munich health insurance sent us 5+14=19 medical test reports,
(14 tests were not done on us) and a cheque for the premium which we had paid. There
was no covering letter as to why the test reports and cheque were sent to us. I was
continuously contacting apollo munich health insurance. After, over a month, apollo munich health insurance told
me the reason as to why cheque was returned.
Sirs, when apollo munich health insurance can send me test results of 14 medical tests
which were not done on us, will anybody under the sky, believe the 1 test result they say to reject our application
can be true. Secondly, after contacting apollo munich health
insurance continuously for over a month they gave the reason. Giving reason after a month
is definitely on second thought, just to avoid the reimbursement of the medical charges.and making easy unearned
money.
Sirs, my wife and myself are healthy people hence we never expected, even in dream,
that we to be medically rejected.
In the mean time apollo munich health insurance has made cheap money
a) interest on the premium for the period it was with them
b) medical charges we paid which they should have paid
c) charges for the 14 tests which were not done on us.
Sirs, now we want to apply to another insurance company for our health insurance. The
application form asks if our application for health insurance was ever rejected by any other
health insurance company. Sir, I cannot lie, I have to tell them that apollo munich health
insurance did not accept our application. SIRS, WE ARE THE SUFFERERS BECAUSE
apollo munich health insurance DID NOT GIVE CORRECT MEDICAL REPORTS AND
GAVE 14 REPORTS FOR THE MEDICAL TESTS WHICH WERE NOT DONE ON US. I
HAVE REQUESTED apollo munich health insurance TO ISSUE ME A LETTER TO
SAY THAT THEY DID NOT ACCEPT OUR APPLICATION DUE TO THEIR INTERNAL
MATTER SO THAT WE CAN APPLY TO OTHER HEALTH INSURANCE COMPANY.
SIRS, WE HOPE THAT YOU WILL LOOK INTO THIS MATTER AND SEE THAT WE
DONOT BECOME THE SUFFERERS.nor other senior citizens/public suffers.
IN THE ATTACHMENT are the CORRESPONDANCE I HAVE HAD WITH apollo munich
health insurance.
