Did you enjoy watching our thriller?
(below are different feedback to this Q)35 responses in total
The russian accents were brilliant
The fact the girl smacked on the window of the car for her dad when he was still in the house
Creative camera angles Good location choice
A blurry shot The acting
The Filming was most definitely the best part of it, smooth and in square.
The acting was poor, fake and over the top, and was that Abramovich at 1 Hyde park….. also over the top
The filming
The twist at the end
9 out of ten.5 stars! I really liked all the sound effects and varied shot types, flowed really well. I liked the loud
footsteps because i think it made it more intense and realistic, moredramatic.I thought the sound was very well
done and so was the editing.
loved it
i did! good soundtrack, pretty good shots all round bar a couple (not sure about the angle from behind the man
when he is talking to his daughter)
Yes i enjoyed it. The intrigue is intriguing....
The mystery,
There are elements of a good thriller, once the criticisms below are worked on.
The acting was a bit weak. The plot line was a tad transparent
Some interesting camera angles.
The set.
i think it was well shot and the aim of the plot had been projected well. But at two and a half minutes it was quite
a lot of information to squeeze into an 'opening sequence'. I think if you had been tasked with making a trailer
instead you would have had more creative freedom. Instead of making a linear narrative.
the texting effect changed too quickly
The anticipation
The texting scenes are nicely shown!
Sofia banging the back glass whilst in the car makes no sense as Dad is not out there to see her.
The music suited the image, leaving some mistery
I enjoyed watching it because the story is interesting. You have used good shots that convey the feeling of
unease. Also the soundtrack plays the part very well
I enjoyed it but one thing is that it is a shame we see the person giving the phonecall as there could have been
more suspense on that note but it is good and suits the thriller genre perfectly
I dont really like thrillers or tense films ,i love romantic films so it wasnt really my thing...
It is ab fab!Loveit. From personal experience , I know how hard editing is,looking through all the footage and
hoping you have enoughtfootage.I also know how hard it is to edit in sound and i think this was done
brilliantly!!The choice of music was perfect as well and the kidnappers voice on the phone call was a great idea
and sound effect. You guys should all be very proud of this.
I thought that it seemed very proffesional and i liked the use of sound effects ,especially the sound of the
kidnapper on the phone making him seem anonymous ,withoout the sound effects it would not be so tense. The
shots seemed well thought through by the producers /directors and was very continious the editing-i really want
to carry on watching it,make it into a movie guys!!!
The camera angles
The man acting was too over the top
Yes it was okay. The filming.
A bit déjà vu, storyline was quite obvious and banal.
I did enjoy watch this snippet due to the suspense in the air as well as the fantastic camera work.
How "clean" all the cuts were, they made it seem continuous.
the twist at the end!
The twist at the end
Yes idid ,i thought that it was quite realistic adni think the story line seems really interesteing,i love how it makes
you want to know what is going to happen next.
yes, the music was very well suited and held suspense
The premise!
Yes, I want to know what happens now. I like the characters & I like the suspense; the music sets the scene
perfectly too
it looked professional
I absolutely LOVED this thriller! The music made it really suspense and the dialogue was really exciting! I
particularly liked the 'warped' voice of the kidnapper - it made the kidnapper seem really frightening and put me
on the edge of my seat!! I could tell it was a thriller right from the beginning because of the suspense of the
music.
I liked everything!!
I loved how at the begining he gets a gift which he isunsure about but then his daugther comes in and distracts
us from the gift so we dont expect the call from a kidnapper and this adds a lot of tension and it seems like a
thriller
