• I am Professor Frank Wegner and I teach
two graduate online classes and one
undergraduate online class for Concordia
University Wisconsin. These classes are
designed to help participants learn how to
correctly use technology as an educational
tool in their classrooms and schools to
support student learning.

• I will facilitate learning in these virtual
classrooms by engaging participants in
learning activities and learning experiences
that prepares them for a life of service to
others as professional educators who use a
student centered approach in their
