TeleSec is an application that allows tele-secretaries to manage a user's incoming calls when they are unavailable, by diverting calls to the tele-secretary center and having the tele-secretaries take messages, arrange appointments, remind about appointments, and archive reports. The tele-secretaries are alerted about incoming calls and any appointments through the TeleSec application, which displays call information and records and forwards any messages in prompt ways, such as by email, SMS, fax or phone.
