How To Get Started
1. Sign up on the Waiting List.
2. Join as an Ordering Preferred Customer (OPC), by placing a $60 order,
when your position becomes available.
3. Receive 24 ‘Green Tickets’… you may use one each month to take people
off your Waiting List, and allow them to join as an Ordering Preferred
Customer (OPC). When you enroll your first Ordering PC, you become an
Active Preferred Customer (APC).
4. Qualify for commissions as an APC with only $60 in personal volume
monthly through AutoShip and at least one Ordering PC.
5. Build your Waiting List.


How To Build Your Income
There are 9 Income Centers:
1. Retail Bonus
2. 5-Tier Pioneer Bonus

Retail Bonus

• The One24™ Retail Bonus allows for OPC’s (Ordering PC’s) to
earn commissions on Retail Orders.

• An OPC will earn commissions for each Retail Order placed at
their One24™ website.

• Ordering PC’s qualify for the bonus. You need not be an Active
PC in order to qualify.


5-Tier Pioneer Bonus

• This is a one-time bonus for every new PC that you enroll.
• It also pays a one-time bonus up your line of Referral, through 4
more compressed Tiers.
• For those that enroll with NatraBurst™ and NatraBoost™, the
Tier 1 Bonus to you is $4.00.
• The Tier 2 through Tier 4 bonus to your Referral upline is $1.00
per Tier.


Green Income
• Every Preferred Customer (Ordering PC & Active PC) you personally refer
using one of your 24 Green Tickets is a ‘Green’. Every person your Green
refers using one of their 24 Green Tickets is your ‘Green’ as well. You
earn Green Income through 12 compressed tiers.*
• You are paid Green Income for each product unit purchase your Green
PC’s make each month. For the NatraBurst™ or NatraBoost™ product,
you are paid $1.50 per unit. The per unit bonus amount may differ on
future products.
• When you consider the exponential growth possibilities, this Income
Center alone has the potential to be huge!

* Please refer to the Glossary for additional details regarding the availability dates and protection period for a new PC’s first
Green Ticket and the definition of Compression.


Green Income Example
Green Income is based on the number of Preferred Customers (“PCs”)
you personally refer using your Green Tickets, plus any Preferred
Customers they refer using their Green Tickets calculated through 12
compressed tiers of Ordering PCs.

Green Bonuses are capped at $100,000 per month. Note: This example is for illustration purposes only and is not a guarantee of income. Individual results may vary.


In the previous example, you are capped out at the $100,000.00 per month in just 17
months. If it takes a little longer, so what!

Where else can you start a residual income with just an $80 per month investment?
And for your money you are getting a great product!

Gold Income

• “The Gold Rush” Accelerates Your Income!
• Happens on the 24th of each month. It’s only available to those who have
used their Green Ticket for the month but have more Waiting to enroll.

• All unused Green Tickets of others are made available for you to ‘grab’ for
those on your Waiting List.

• Anyone enrolled by you in the Gold Rush is now a GOLD 100k PC to you!


Gold Income

• The Bonus for each product unit your Gold 100k PC purchases is now
equally split between you and the person whose Green Ticket was
“grabbed”. (e.g. for NatraBurst™ or NatraBoost™ product the $1.50 is split:
.75/.75

• For every person your GOLD 100k PC Refers with their 24 tickets, and for
every person they refer using their 24 tickets, the per unit bonus is split
equally up to the total bonus amount of $200 (e.g. You receive $100 / the
owner of the “grabbed” ticket receives $100).

• You receive 100% of any total bonus amount exceeding $200!! (e.g. if the
total bonus is $700…you receive a total of $600).


Gold Income

• Again, Gold Tickets are simply Green Tickets which were not used by the
original PC. This gives you the opportunity to refer more than one OPC a
month and dramatically increase your income!

• Your Gold 100k PC’s count the same as your Green PC’s toward all One24™
Bonuses that are based on Referrals.* The newest Bonus, the Gold Strike,
specifically rewards you for your Gold Rush Referrals!

• Gold Income, like Green Income, is paid on 12 Compressed Tiers

*One24™ Bonuses based on Referral: Platinum, Silver Performance, Matching Bonus, 5-Tier Pioneer Bonus, Travel Bonus Program, and the Gold Strike.


Matching Bonus
Tier 5 Referrer

The 5-Tier Matching Bonus is an adjustable percentage*
paid on the earned Green and Gold Commissions of your
Tier 4 Referrer
Gold 100k PC. It pays YOU and your upline to a total of 5
compressed Tiers. All must be Active PC’s (APC’s) to earn
the Matching Bonus. Tier 3

In this example YOU have just had a person come off your
Waiting List and take an unused Green Ticket in the Gold Tier 2
Rush. They are now your Gold 100k PC and the Match
begins! You and the 4 Tiers of Referrals above you will Tier 1
now earn a percentage* of any Gold or Green Income this
Gold 100k PC makes.
Gold
*The Matching Bonus is guaranteed to be a minimum percentage of 10% each for Tiers 1-3 and 100K
5% each for Tier 4-5.


Silver Performance Bonus Pool
• 10% of total Commissionable Value (CV) is contributed to the Silver Performance Bonus Pool
• Payment is based on Shares. 1 Green or Gold 100k Active PC (APC) qualifies you for 1 Share and 5 Green or
Gold 100k APC’s qualify your for 5 Shares.
• Share Value is calculated by dividing 10% of total company revenue by the total # of shares earned.
• The number of Shares you earn is multiplied by the number of Silver OPC’s below you and the Share Value.
A Silver OPC is any Ordering PC that enrolls before or after you that is not in your Green or Gold
organization.
• Example: If you earn 3 Shares and have 6,288 Silvers below you and the calculated Share Value is .002375
you earn $44.80.

Platinum Bonus Pool
• All breakage (income centers not qualified for) is put into the Platinum Pool to insure a
50% commissionable value payout to the Preferred Customers.
• The average share value in 2011 was $355.30
• Share value is calculated by dividing the total value of the Pool by the number of shares
qualified for.
• Both Green and Gold 100k PC’s qualify towards Shares.
If You Have Enrolled You Receive
6 Green or Gold 100k APC’s with 2 APC’s Each 1 Share
7 Green or Gold 100k APC’s with 2 APCs Each 2 Shares
8 Green or Gold 100k APC’s 2 with APC’s Each 3 Shares
9 Green or Gold 100k APC’s with 2 APC’s Each 4 Shares

• This continues up to 24 Green or Gold 100k APC’s with 2 APC’s Each for a Maximum of 19
Shares


Example of Platinum Bonus
To earn your first share of the Platinum Bonus, you must have personally enrolled 6 APCs who have
each enrolled 2 APCs.

Definition of an Active PC (APC) – must have $60 in volume and have at least one Preferred Customer (Ordering PC or Active PC) with a $60 minimum volume.

One24™ adds new benefit programs at various times.
These are designed to enhance the Incentivized Referral
Program even more!!

For example, during 2012 the company hosted an Exotic
Getaway, a new ‘Gold Strike’ Bonus and a $25,000
monthly Sweepstakes Program.


Gold Strike Bonus
• 2% of all One24™ company sales
contributed each month

• Use your Green Ticket and Enroll 1
Person in the Gold Rush (Gold 100k PC)
= 1 Share

• For each ADDITIONAL Gold 100k
enrolled, you earn another Share!

• Example: Use your Green Ticket and
Enroll 3 in the Gold Rush = 3 Shares

What Does This Mean
for One24’s PCs?

The Le Mans series will be televised on ABC, ESPN2, ESPN3.com and
AmericanLeMans.com to a viewing audience of over 180 Million people. ESPN
sports will also broadcast the race in 40 countries, reaching 650 Million viewers
world-wide. The American Le Mans Series attracts one of the most desirable
and growing fan bases in sports.

The association with Ducote Racing and the Le Mans series will create massive
brand recognition for One24™.


Glossary
Incentivized Referral Plan (IRP) – an innovative new compensation plan which works on a ‘linear’ basis. In other words, every
person who joins is placed into one vertical line. It is not a ‘get rich quick program’, but rather a slow building income stream that
increases month after month over a 24 month period.

Ordering Preferred Customer (OPC) – A person or other entity who has enrolled and has a minimum $60 monthly order. An OPC
purchases products at a discounted price.

Active Preferred Customer (APC) – A person or entity who has a minimum $60 monthly order and refers at least one PC who has a
minimum $60 monthly order. You must be an Active Preferred Customer to participate in the Commission Plan.

Silver PC – Any PC who is below you or above you in the linear line that is not in your Green or Gold organization.

AutoShip – A monthly order, of at least $60, which is automatically charged and shipped each month.

Green Tickets – Tickets assigned to you when you activated. You receive a total of 24 Green Tickets, of which one may be used
each month to refer a new Preferred Customer (PC).

Green PC – A PC who has enrolled using your Green Ticket and anyone they enroll with their Green tickets.

Compressed Income/Compression – One24™ will pay on compressed tiers. For Green and Gold Income, this means that if a tier
has 0 in volume, the next tier that has volume will be used to calculate the bonuses. For the Matching and 5-Tier Pioneer Bonus
this means that if a tier does not have an Active PC the next tier with an Active PC will earn the bonus. Compression does not apply
to Silver Performance or Platinum as these are based on referral and referrals do not compress.

Commissionable Value (CV) – A point value assigned to each product. CV is used to calculate bonuses.


Glossary (cont’d.)
Gold Rush – On (or about) the 24th of each month, the 124online.com website will display a notification that unused Green tickets
are available. Those on your Waiting List will be notified by email that they can “grab” these unused Green tickets.

Gold Tickets – Green tickets which have not been redeemed by their original owner that can be claimed during the ‘Gold Rush’.

Gold 100k PC – If your Waiting List member enrolls using a Gold ticket they become your Gold 100k PC. Gold 100K PC’s count the
same as a Green PC for all bonuses based on Referral such as Silver Performance and Platinum.

Gold PC – Anyone your Gold 100k PC enrolls who in turn enrolls someone else and so on using their 24 Green tickets . Note: A PC
can be Gold to you but Green to someone lese.

Waiting List – Since you are only permitted to refer one new PC each month, except during the Gold Rush, any additional people
you have introduced to One24™ are placed on your waiting list.

Green Ticket Availability Dates – When a Preferred Customer enrolls between the 1st and the 15th of the month, their first Green
Ticket becomes active (usable) on the 16th. If enrollment occurs between the 16th and 31st, the first Green Ticket becomes active on
the 1st of the next month. Due to the exponential growth potential, this waiting period is necessary to ensure that the company
grows at a manageable rate.

Green Ticket Protection Period - A new PC's first Green Ticket is protected for 15 days from their date of enrollment. This protection
period is to ensure that new Preferred Customers have time to begin to build their Waiting List and redeem their first Green Ticket
prior to it possibly being taken in the Gold Rush. For example, if Bob joins One24™ on the 14th, his Green Ticket would be protected
from the Gold Rush through the 29th of the month.
