Much of the recent success of the dealership can be
attributed to Tracy’s insight and dedication to monitoring
industry trends. In 1999 Tracy acted on a “gut” instinct
that led him to establish a website and an internet sales
department. “It was one of the toughest business
decisions I ever had to make,” explains Tracy. “Back in
1999 you just couldn’t make the numbers work. I fought
many hard battles to keep it open because I looked at
the department as a future investment.” An investment,
indeed it was. The foundation for the dealership was
laid more than 80 years ago by Tracy’s great grandfather
who owned and operated a general store in the
