- In the beginningHad been wanting to do a “23 things” style PD program for my faculty, wasn’t sure how it would workInspiration
- At AASL 2011 in Minneapolis, saw this program, which inspired me
- Take and customize for my schoolWe’re the lions
- Once I’d outlined the program, brought the idea to adminThey have a lot of faith in me (because I’ve built it)And from there I needed to sell my teachers on itAnd so, taking a cue from pharmaceutical companies who’ve developed a drug and then need to figure out what disease it cures
